THE PROJECT

We are all experiencing a very tough time in our history. COVID-19 has changed our lives from head to toe. It is not easy to be in isolation and social distancing, and not being able to go out shopping.

But life goes on and time doesn't seem to stop.

​

One of the aims of this project is for people to download in the comfort of their homes a simple yet impactful greeting card that might brighten up someone's day. Whether it is someone's birthday or simply you just want to send a card with kind words of encouragement through these difficult times.

​

Last but not least the main aim of this project is to inform and help people come to terms with their body image. By becoming a member of the Love Yourself Club, we can support and help each other by sharing our stories as a community.
